Deborah Williams, Principal

Deborah Williams is the Principal of LeaderShip Edge Management Consultants, Inc. who specializes in working with individuals and organizations in redirecting practices to reach desired results and effectiveness. She has over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience and over 20 years working with clients in leadership and organization effectiveness, diversity management and executive coaching. Deborah designs the context for individuals and organizations to change behaviors so that they align with their vision, mission and core values to enhance overall performance and results. Deborah's client's performance is enhanced by increasing the individuals knowledge-base, acuity, skills and intentional behavioral choices.

 

Deborah has a BSBA and MBA from Ohio State University. She is active in a number of professional and community organizations. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

Yvonne Bryant Johnson

Yvonne Bryant Johnson, executive coach, facilitator, team builder and consultant has an accomplished record of helping organizations and individuals meet their business goals in the areas of leadership, diversity and inclusion, sales, change management, strategy, customer service, and improved work performance. Yvonne is known for her inspirational and results-driven training and coaching, for bringing innovative and engaging ideas to the table for the benefit of her clients, and for her many achievements as a leading advocate for women, children and small business owners.

 

She's served on the faculty of Nonprofit University (a unit of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits) and as an Executive Coach at Kennesaw State University’s Cole School of Business Executive MBA Program. In addition, Yvonne has served as a Mentor with the Goizueta Business School, Emory University. Ms. Johnson has over 20 years of corporate experience at AT&T where she provided leadership to sales and customer service employees.

 

Throughout her career, Yvonne worked with leading corporations, nonprofits, foundations, and universities including United Way, Breakthrough Atlanta, AARP, Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority (FACAA), Southern Company, Home Depot, Georgia Pacific, Chick-Fil-A, Meharry Medical College, The Arthritis Foundation., City of Atlanta, and numerous other organizations.

 

A Spelman College graduate, Ms. Johnson was one of the first recipients of the Alumnae Achievement Award for Business. She also attended Johns Hopkins University, the Universities of London and Ghana and received an MBA from Emory University.

Phoebe Goodson  is a highly experienced executive assistant bringing clarity and organization to her clients, allowing them to be more productive. She is s killed at managing multiple concurrent and diverse projects in various industries. Phoebe is an online research expert with the drive to continually learn current technologies. She leverages clear communications and interpersonal skills to build strong and lasting partnerships with clients.

Phoebe assesses clients’ diverse needs, prioritizes workload, and provides administrative assistance that meets the desired goals and needs of her clients.

Bill Dickinson, Senior Consultant

Bill Dickinson is  former VP for a not-for-profit organization that delivered senior and mid-level leadership coaching and consulting. He can design, deliver, and manage leadership content and services. Bill is a very strong executive and professional coach. 

 

Bill has spent 25 years honing his craft and credibility as a leadership and organizational development professional. For the past 10 years he has been a trusted advisor to CEOs and senior leadership teams as they envision the future and execute on priorities for organizational growth and effectiveness. He is adept at promoting leadership competence as well as highly productive and respectful working relationships.

Bill previously served as vice president of client services for the Catholic Leadership Institute in Wayne, PA, where he designed and delivered customized training conferences for senior leaders nationally and internationally. He also served as the national director of leadership development for the institute, working almost exclusively with and for executives and senior leaders.

Bill holds a D. Min. in Leadership Development and Formation and M.A. in Moral Theology from St. Mary Graduate School in Cleveland, OH, and a B.A. in Public Administration from Michigan State University. He is also certified as a Master Trainer in a 29-day leadership curriculum entitled Leadership in Context.

Bradley Wilkinson is a skilled speaker, facilitator and instructional designer and Brad gets his energy from people development.  He describes his focus as helping organizations leverage diversity through creating and maintaining inclusive, high performance cultures.  With over 25 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering high impact adult learning, Brad is skilled using a variety of learning delivery methodologies including: experiential workshop design, facilitated group process, action learning, web-based, media-based & virtual learning environments. He has extensive experience facilitating focus groups with audiences ranging from senior Wall Street executives to manufacturing plant associates.  Brad also enjoys designing and facilitating group/team retreats and off-site meetings.  He is certified in Herrmann Brain Dominance, Intercultural Development Inventory, Myers Briggs Type Indicator & DiSC assessment instruments.

 

Brad takes his energy for diversity into the Atlanta community.  He was founding Co-Chair of Georgia Equality, a statewide organization dedicated to securing and protecting the rights of Georgia’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered citizens and is a member of the Human Rights Campaign, having served as Political Co-Chair for the Atlanta Steering Committee during the 2008 election cycle.

 

Brad earned a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.

She was also noted with having established many key business relationships with trainers, authors, executive coaches, as well as private and public-sector subject matter experts (SMEs) to improve program efficiencies.  She has a unique ability to guide or support teams within highly matrixed environments through strategic objectives and functional goals.

Monita is a solutions-oriented, top-performing team builder with many accolades and accomplishments throughout her experience. As a consultant and training specialist for the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, School of Leadership and Management Development she applied instructional design techniques and researched best practices for developing programs relevant to the CDC..

Monita has an MPH in Public Health from the Mercer UniversitySchool of Medicine.
