Deborah Williams is the Principal of LeaderShip Edge Management Consultants, Inc. who specializes in working with individuals and organizations in redirecting practices to reach desired results and effectiveness. She has over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience and over 20 years working with clients in leadership and organization effectiveness, diversity management and executive coaching. Deborah designs the context for individuals and organizations to change behaviors so that they align with their vision, mission and core values to enhance overall performance and results. Robert (Bob) L. Davis has served as a senior consultant for the past 20 years strengthening organization's understanding of their culture and facilitating the effectiveness of their leadership teams. He also has conducted many workshops on Cultural Competence and Diversity Management.
