OVERVIEW
The process of learning to work effectively in a diverse environment requires more than concepts, awareness and sensitivity. The interpersonal and organizational dynamics of diversity demand that we develop skills and competencies in demonstrating our value for diversity and fostering a supportive organizational climate. The Dynamics of Diversity is a lab intensive program designed to help you develop, practice and employ the thinking and skills necessary for a diverse work environment. You’ll find this 2 day program stimulating, challenging, thought-provoking and a safe learning laboratory for dealing with the issues, opportunities and challenge presented by diversity.
