| EXECUTIVE COACHING & INDIVIDUAL INTERVENTION
OVERVIEW: Follow-on coaching for individual leaders who have completed Executive Development and Coaching Process. OBJECTIVE: Enhance the individual leadership development process through professional coaching, self-awareness and knowledge gained through a series of leadership, individual and management assessments. PROCESS: Initial identification of coaching goal(s) - long-term and/or short-term. Monthly coaching sessions over a six-month period designed to develop and maintain focus and performance direction for the individual leader. BENEFITS: Executive coaching and individual intervention provides individual leaders with an opportunity to enhance and develop leadership, team, and organizational skills, with a significant focus on observable and sustained results. The process also provides an objective, external sounding board for discussing and analyzing on-going and/or discreet business and career issues, including future needs of the organization. The process enhances and focuses self-development strategies. NOTE: If the individual leader has not gone through the Executive Development and Coaching Process, individual assessments are required for baseline information.
