Individual Leadership Enhancement For Organizational Success
 

OVERVIEW
Executive Development and Coaching Process provides individual leaders with an opportunity to enhance and develop leadership, communications and organizational skills, with a significant focus on observable and sustained results. The process provides an objective, external sounding board for discussing and analyzing on-going and/or discreet business and career issues, including future needs of the organization and personal developmental needs. The process enhances and focuses self-development strategies and organizational effectiveness.

Our Objective in working with clients is to provide a comprehensive approach and framework that guides our efforts, but is flexible enough that it can truly be customized to address the culture and specific requirements of our clients. Our framework employs a flexible six-phase approach as described in the following:

COURSE OUTLINE

• LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT SKILLS ASSESSMENT PROCESS. Leadership and management skills are assessed using a comprehensive set of personality and style inventories; 360 degree feedback, evaluation on leadership dimensions, benchmarking and comparative analysis of other successful top executives; well defined/professional reporting for individual reflection.

• CAREER/LIFE ASSESSMENT. One-on-one videotaped interview providing insight into professional/ personal achievements and life choices.

• GOAL/DIRECTION SETTING AND ACTION PLANNING. Develop strategy for enhancing long-term individual and organizational success. Identify specific actions for overall effectiveness.

• DEVELOPMENTAL COACHING. Structured coaching and mentoring designed to explore real job issues, challenges and opportunities for growth and development. Flexible scheduling of six to twenty hours of coaching and mentoring (depending on mutual agreement) over a 4 to 6 month period.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

• Supports leaders in learning to leverage their strengths and improve their weaknesses for enhanced effectiveness and influence within the organization.

• Supports leaders in behavior change necessary to address performance concerns and leadership shortcomings. Provides objective feedback on performance and leadership competencies. Coaching and mentoring are used to support long-term behavioral change and growth.

• Enhances interpersonal relationships and impacts whole teams and organizations. Helps the individual refine/develop the styles of leadership and communication required for organizational success.
