| Creating Personal And
Professional Alignment
Research has demonstrated that
we all derive a greater sense of satisfaction and well-being when we clarify
and successfully align our personal direction with the organization's.
This program helps individuals clarify and align their personal goals
and objectives with those of the organization. It is organized in three
segments: Personal Direction, Organization's Direction and Shared/Aligned
Direction. The process of exploring these segments supports individuals
in realizing the personal and professional balance required for well-being
and sustained top performance.
Leading From Where You Are
The leadership requirements of today extend to all levels
and all positions. The organizational and individual challenge is how
to lead from where you are. This means any position and any level. The
requirements are no longer singular, but plural. Meaning one great leader
does not make a progressive organization; one poised and agile enough
to move at the speed of change.
This workshop is designed to provide individuals and organizations with
the conceptual framework as well as practical tools to help individuals
use personal leadership and power to accomplish objectives. It also challenges
the organization to think in terms of how it must change and adapt to
support the changing requirements of the workforce.
Closing The Gap On Organizational Learning
The most pressing challenge for most organizations and
individuals is not just learning, but learning faster. The process of
organizational learning can be frightening, intimidating and often counter-cultural
for most of us. Learning exposes our weaknesses and insecurities. We often
talk of creating a learning environment, but rarely are we clear about
what it takes and what it means to exist in such an environment.
